Let’s face it. We can’t help but love the characters of our favorite TV series or movies. What’s more, we can’t help but admire the celebrities playing those characters. Just like in the very famous Korean drama series, “Descendants of the Sun,” starring Song Joong Ki and Song Hye-kyo, we learned to love the Song-Song love team!
The Descendants of the Sun (DOTS) is a well-loved series, given its quality and beautiful story.
No doubt our favorite Song-Song pair portrayed their roles with class and excellence. And no doubt about it. We fell for the characters and the pair we love to watch.
We like fairy tales.
Watching them is a welcome remedy for our stressful jobs. Who cares if we’re engrossed in a story that’s too good to be true? What matters is we get to forget our problems for a while when our eyes are glued to the story that’s enfolding in front of us. But then DOTS happens to have a very good story line which viewers can learn something from. It only turns out to be sort of a fairy tale because we would like the Song-Song couple, who are both very good looking, to fall for each other in real life.
With the Song-Song pair, I guess we’ve gone a bit far with our matchmaking.
Oh, well, they look so good together and their chemistry is obviously not just on but off screen! Who can blame us if we get that fuzzy feeling, and if we scream with joy or become misty-eyed when we’ve learned about the reel to real love story of these lovely couple?!

They got married last October 31, 2017. Their fans all over Asia, and even across the globe, celebrated their union with so much delight and love. It’s the perfect ending to the relationship we all want to materialize and last. And it’s a brand new start to the life of a couple that’s enticing us to believe in forever and happy ever after.
